On top of that, they enforce mandatory fundraising events, forcing highly qualified professionals into roles as servers and attendants—an outright insult to their expertise. The management team operates with passive-aggressive tactics and, at times, comes across as outright discriminatory. With minimal autonomy, excessive demands, and a salary that hardly reflects the workload, it’s clear that employees are undervalued and exploited.
