Pros
Spring break and Christmas paid time off. Being able to see student success and know you're making the community healthier by engaging students and being committed to student success.
Cons
Employees are over worked and under paid. Everyone is miserable and "just waiting to retire". Buddies get jobs they aren't qualified for and some people stay in positions with no raises or promotion for several years. I'm talking 10-15 years with no raise. No middle management. There are coordinators with PH.D.'s. Everyone usually gets recruited by TCC.
