Not Diverse bad work life balance - College Nurse Dallas College Employee Review

I worked evening and traded weekdays for weekends that was mandatory. The colleges hire Hispanic leaders because of the demographics who in turn require bilingual on most job applications. This makes the colleges less diverse and you can't complain to the upper mangers because they are the problem it is happening. They want you do more events for students who are commuting and try to force them to linger and participate on campus.
