Limited growth opportunities, but that is expected with property management due to the small size of the teams.

For a month in the summer, they “let you out” early on Friday’s at 3pm.

The company is run by a bunch of ego maniacs. These men and their egos already caused their Atlanta division to fail and soon will cause the demise of the office here in Birmingham. The men that run this company are also sexist. I have worked here over 6 years and have always received annual reviews that I am “Exceeding Expectations” but I have NEVER received a raise. In the meantime, my men counterparts receive annual raises but I am still being paid the salary I received 6 years ago. I save this company thousands of dollars a year and work hard to be a good employee but no one cares. Don’t work here, especially as a woman! These fake men walk around the office with their high paychecks and act like they care about you and your family but you know that they would screw you over in 2 seconds given the chance. Also, they make you clock in and clock out. You better not be 2 minutes late or be 5 minutes short on your 40 hour work week or they will take the time out of your vacation time. It’s ridiculous how much they micro-manage their employees.
