There are some genuinely good people here (a lot of which have left due to the firms inconsistent policies, selective implementation of these policies and favoritism).
Cons
Too many to list? I was mislead to sign up to work here. Promised the sun, moon and stars only to realize that they dont follow through on what they say. It’s really as simple as that. They have people in leadership who dont have the experience to be there and they dont put anybody in leadership positions who doesn’t challenge what they say or do. They’ll tell you’re you’re doing great one day and come back a few weeks later and completely obliterate the work from home policy? The value and beliefs pushed about the culture is absolute crap. Culture is horrendous. Every positive review on here is someone in leadership disseminating a fake rhetoric that this firm cares about you as employees. They do not. Attorneys are numbers. They literally have a number they assign you called the “labor efficiency ratio” to keep track of how profitable you are to the firm. You’ll hear about it every month and management will come down on you if your numbers are down. Doesn’t matter if your dad mom or dog is dying.
