Family owned company that has been around for over 75 years. Company tends to take a conservative approach to business decisions in order to minimize the risks. If you can multitask and make sound business decisions, the opportunity for advancement is good. Management is very fair to all responsible employees and they all care about the well-being of their employees.
Cons
Being a family owned company, there will never be any opportunities for running the company. However, if you're a team player and have the company's best interests at heart, you will be treated like one of their own.
