Some colleagues are brilliant, offering support and friendship.
Cons
In my experience, management are not good. They ask for feedback, but if it is not positive, you are treated as a problem. The best place to work survey is incentivised, so the results are inaccurate. Bullying is also tolerated. Pay is about 50% below market value.
