1. Great leaderships 2. Probably depends on the team, but very supportive and trusting colleagues (across Nordics), who help with onboarding and give responsibility from day one 3. Stakeholders from different departments and levels are very friendly and great to work with 4. Good benefits (inc. sauna + gym facilities) 5. Good development possibilities

1. Some teams have larger work loads than others (however, this is very dependent on the business unit and type of a team)
