Pros
Great tech startup company. However, the Chinese Leadership has started short term erratic decision making that is hampering the current advantage Daraz has over its competitors. The work culture is still quite good compared to local MNCs.
Cons
The top is occupied by incompetent local leaders who have been kicked out of their previous companies either due to low performance or noncompliant activities. They are still holding their grounds at Daraz through boss-pleasing to Chinese leaders.
