Pros
Can't fault the team - all very kind and supportive and happy to help new starters. The company itself is amazing in what it's achieved and is good to have on a corporate CV.
Cons
In summary I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone unless you have prior sales experience and you know you love sales and can put up with the below issues. There is lots of micro-management, making confidential calls in front of workers, massive favouritism (especially towards the men on the team...) hence the huge turnover of staff. They will try sell you the job with the 'amazing' commission but will fail to mention that this is becoming increasingly difficult to get because of company changes. Another massive issue is that the role is based on finding new business but this is very difficult in the UK as the market is almost completely saturated now. There is no flexible working and little respect for things outside of work that are out of your control e.g. Being asked to take annual leave for the doctor... There isn't really any career progression as all you can do is move on to another department after two years.
