Day to day work varies and is very interesting and challenging. You get experience with various different areas of the law and participate on projects that you wouldn't get to at a traditional law firm. Also, there are no billable hours!

Though the job is more flexible than law firms, sometimes extended hours are required.

Exceptional leadership, exceptional colleagues, rapid growth but the chaos is controlled, and the financial outlook is good. The pay is also very good for the current market and relative to other startups at this growth stage and the benefits are excellent. Everyone works hard and the goals are always very ambitious, but at the same time, healthy work-life boundaries are supported and encouraged. Most importantly of all, health work-life balance is modeled by managers. Managers and leadership, up to the CEO, walk the talk when it comes to culture and values. Which is something I've never seen before in any company.

None really, unless you don't like the fluidity of startup culture. While it's much more organized than most startups (and some public companies), things still change rapidly because the company is less than 5 years old. And if you want to hide and coast, or want someone to hold your hand and lead you through every small step of your job, this place is not for you. Not a con in my book but I suppose it would be for some.
