      Pros

      Excellent benefits with a nice gym and cafeteria.

      Cons

      Culture is like being in high school again. Management is involved in favoritism in many departments - some are completely not tolerable to work in. Many managers have never worked in the field they are managing and have no clue what they are doing. Pay is very low for the work you perform and industry standards.

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
