Pros
The company does a lot of fun social activities with all of the employees. Most of the people that work there are fun and are willing to help if you have questions or concerns. The pay isn’t too bad to start.
Cons
VERY high turnover. Office politics and “favorites” are a problem. The trainer doesn’t really train. Talks too much and gets off topic. Very frustrating when you are trying to learn. Certain account managers are too lazy to approve pricing. Lack of communication between sales reps, supervisors and managers is a problem. Employees that have been there longer than others don’t get promoted. They get looked over.
