Pros
Very helpful to ADA clients, elderly, handicapped clients. Offer a great transportation service to those that qualify. Also provide other services for the elderly which are commendable.
Cons
Constant office gossip, constant change in Management so you never know who is in charge, poor, poor communication, not enough staff to cover shifts, some really incompetent bus drivers that shouldn't be given the responsibility of having others lives in their hands, Turn over in staff exorbitant. Unclear policy and procedures, , no recognition or advancement opportunities, poor wages. Work every weekend, sometimes without a break in an 8 hour shift. Supervisor misses at least 5-6 days a month. Not a good example, when they only work M-F.
