Pros

You can work from home

Cons

It’s a 100% cold calling role. I’ve been in sales over 15 years and I’ve never been lied to like I was at Darzin. They said it was mostly inbound when I started and switched it to all outbound. Very tough sale and the owner is a huge micromanager. If you have other options I would take them.

We unfortunately had to terminate this employee and we have different views on the situation. We hope he is able to find a role more suitable for his skill levels.

Pros

Amazing Team & Inspiring Leadership
I get to work with some seriously intelligent, kind, and driven people every day—and my boss is the kind of leader who really inspires and supports you. The vibe is super collaborative, and I’m constantly learning just by being around such a motivated crew. Flexibility to Own My Role
One of the best parts of this job is the freedom I have to shape how I work. I’m trusted to run my deals in a way that aligns with my strengths, which keeps me engaged, motivated, and constantly pushing for growth. Always Growing Through Self-Learning
Success here isn’t about sticking to a script—it’s about staying curious, self-driven, and always learning. The company empowers us to invest in our own development, which makes the wins feel even more rewarding. We’re encouraged to keep leveling up, and it feels so good to see that personal growth pay off.

Cons

You must be self motivated and driven to succeed here.

Pros

- Decent pay - Friendly coworkers in CS (spread out due to time zones tho) - Actual work duties with clients are rewarding and enjoyable

Cons

- Severe lack of written policies or procedures (you will be left on your own to figure it out) - Overbearing, overcritical and micromanaging superiors who make your job ten times more difficult than it needs to be, who refuse to take accountability of their own actions and the culture that results - Said management spoke to me in a way that was highly inappropriate (I was basically talked down too like a child) - Lack of communication on expectations (you will find out after the fact, and even though nobody told you and no written policy outlined anything, they won’t be happy) - Lack of proper benefits such as sick leave due to contractor basis (expanded due to response): I was given 14 days AL per year with 10 paid public holidays. Paid sick leave could be taken from said AL days, but when only 14 of your yearly annual leave days aren’t locked to a public holiday, it becomes akward - Constant tension due to managements attitude and conduct

We hope you find a role more suitable to your skills and aptitude and wish you all the best for your future. Surprised by your comment about no sick leave since we do we pay contractors (including you!) for public holidays and paid time off. We even gave you additional paid compassionate leave despite it not being in your contract.
