Pros

Great sales team, AEs support one another.

Cons

“Survive this month” is the sales strategy. Disorganized to the max. Absent CEO/executives. Only show up when alarm bells go off. The company will start and end product partnerships on a whim so you never know what product you actually can sell. Forced to sell half baked products with unclear pricing or expectations. Forget about asking for clarity on the comp plan , even chatgpt can’t explain it back to me. A few sellers are making bank because they joined early. Operations and enablement just as lost as everyone else yet waste sellers time just to look busy and not get fired themselves. Consultants are valued over full-time talent. Questionable business practices. Lack of ethics. No transparency into company finances. Fire alarms every other week it seems. Their CRO is blackballed, and has no power, nor influence. He’s there as the babysitter. Lack of strategic or future planning. Everything is done on a whim like hiring and firing over 25 sales people It’s kind of like the movie “Lord of the Flies” Over 25 Account Executives hired and fired between January and June 2026..

Pros

The pay is decent and remote work

Cons

Although the pay is decent the company is a mess. Every other week they are being out the “best in class” product that isn’t even useable. Most of the time the customers don’t get their rewards, the dash.fi card often gets declined and the product is going no where. Management is terrible. I’ve never been so micromanaged in my life. 5 calls and about 3.5hrs of my day where spent getting a check in call to see what I was doing. The VP of Shipping sales was recorded saying how badly his team “sucks” and how if he wanted to he could out sell anyone on the team but he definitely didn’t want to put his money where his mouth was. Lastly, all these 5 star reviews popped up after dozens of reps were laid off. Knowing the CEO it wouldn’t surprise me one bit if the reps who got to stay where compensated to write a Glassdoor review.
