The growth opportunity is amazing. I can attest to that! The sky's the limit here for advancement and professional growth. The culture is great, the people are great, the work environment is fun, and the organization has made positive, impactful improvements in our management team to ensure that inspirational servant leadership is in place. I've forged many great friendships over the years and enjoyed working with talented, insightful mentors and colleagues who have helped me realize and achieve many of my goals. I started at an entry level position, and through hard work and dedication, I was recognized for that effort, and I've had the opportunity to advance into several functional and project management positions. The most rewarding part of my journey here at Data Age has been the pleasure of working with and celebrating the success of many of the team members I've coached and worked with, as they grow and achieve goals of their own. Data Age has helped so many of us advance to new levels of personal and professional growth. For many of us, this opportunity has been very rewarding.
Cons
*I think there may be a little bias at the ugly sweater contest. I've surely out matched everyone a few times there and not won. *There could be more cinnamon sugar variety bagels on bagel day. Those seem to go fast. But seriously, I have a "cup half full" perspective on things. Have there been some bad days? sure. At what organization can you say there hasn't been a bad day? For me, I focus on the good days and the good days can be measured in the thousands here. You get out of the experience what you put in.
