Pros
I started at the company as a tier 1 tech. From there I went to t2, then t3, then supervisor. After several hiccups due to upper management changes I was promoted working with the PS/Dev team. All this is to say, there are growth opportunities, as my path was not uncommon for those hired around when I started. Because the company is servicing the pawn industry, it's probably one of the safest options to work at if there's a recession looming. There's always someone with more knowledge to help you. The hiring process is easy.
Cons
Because it's a small business, pay/benefits are lower compared to others. Changes can also come slow. In the final position I was in, my position wasn't very clear until I had been doing it and created the parameters for it. Some may find this freeing but it can have its drawbacks. The CRM they use works, but it's very dated. Customers can be aggressive, as you would expect pawn shop owners to be.
