Very cliquey, the company doesn't like to fire bad employees they tend to look the other way and hope they quit. No real system for raises, and no real accountability for employees who misbehave. Pay is low. Definite favoritism for some employees. Management chooses to listen to some employees and not others, the employees who are favored always get meetings to discuss problems, whereas complaints brought up by others are dismissed. No strategies for employment retention.
