Excellent onboarding process and project training .

The position is project based , and the company is so excellent to work for, I wish the nature of the work was not seasonal.

The work itself is simple and pays okay. If you want something predictable and low-skill, you’ll get the job done.

Management has steadily increased restrictions year over year (tighter scheduling, device and browser limitations, less flexibility) without any clear benefit to the work quality. Reliable employees who consistently deliver are treated the same as brand-new hires. There’s no reward for tenure or performance, just more rules. This approach drives out capable people and retains those who are fine being micromanaged.
