Pros
The team is made up of "A" players. Everyone is super passionate about what they do, and have the let's get things done attitude. There are no slackers in this company!
The company has real key differentiators, the engineering team is made up of a bunch of rockstars, who are creative and can think outside the box to lead the market and not trying to play catchup.
Leadership team really does listen, and they say what they mean. Org and structure changes are made only based on real life data & metrics for improvements, and not just because of someone 's own ideology. If you have read the book “the lean startup”, data.world pretty much runs like that. There is no doubt in my mind that we will make it big.
Cons
Onboarding experience for new hires needs to be improved. There are tons of materials but it's not well organized. However, leadership is aware of these gaps and has prioritized training & education to streamline new hires onboarding process.
