      Pros

      An excellent place to start your career as the managers here are very inspiring and friendly. They always encourage new talents and ideas from interns too. Every month a meetup is organized where the employees can share all the difficulties they are facing. In the presence of the CEO, the issue gets resolved.

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the communication gap, my work used to get delayed. But things have improved now.

      -Friendly and enjoyable work environment -Flexible timings -Founders are cool and easily accessible -Good learning, only if you can take the extra workload -Recreational facilities that can be used even during office hours
