Pros

* 100% Remote * Choose your own hours * High pay * No minimum hour requirements

Cons

* No Benefits * 1040 Tax form: You must pay estimated tax quarterly, and pay more tax as a contractor than in other jobs. * Inconsistency: you can be removed from tasks without warning, and have no control over work availability. Sometimes you have 20$/hour tasks, other times you may have 45$/hour jobs if you qualify (requires a CS background) * Low Transparency: You have very little contact with the site's support staff. * No Career Advancement: You have very little contact with other workers or staff, leading to low networking opportunities or promotion opportunities. 45$/hour is the pay ceiling, outside of rare priority pay projects.

Pros

Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

Cons

The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
