Pros

DataArt is a big worldwide company. Working here, you have a chance to take part in international projects. The company often takes trainees and helps them get up-to-speed. The backoffice team is very friendly and is willing to help when needed.

Cons

Nothing major. DataArt stands quite good among Consulting IT companies.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
