      Thank you for your feedback and for working at DataArt for more than 3 years :) We’re happy to know that you like the projects you have worked on, and the working conditions. Yes, our offices are open spaces, but we understand the desire of some colleagues to have some privacy and do our best to fulfill it. That’s why we offer the opportunity to work remotely and equip separate rooms in the office.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
