Thank you for the feedback! DataArt trusts its employees and believes they can plan and structure their work. Most often it works. A significant degree of freedom, in comparison with some other organizations, implies increased requirements for the ability to organize yourself, manage your time and prioritize the tasks on your own.
And just in case, we note that the procedure for revising compensation can be initiated both by the management or an employee him or herself. If you feel that your payment doesn't correspond to your skills and tasks, you can openly discuss it with your PM, team lead or local development center manager.
