Truly allows you to be yourself and doesn't try to bring in social norms and progressive think states into the workplace. Let's you be you.
Cons
Very raw in processes and procedures. No stated commission policy, good old boy network at times with internal referrals. Limited inspirational leadership

Thanks for your feedback, it’s good to know that you like the way you feel at DataArt!
At the same time, all the disadvantages you've found could be discussed. We'd suggest articulating your ideas and sharing your vision and don't see any obstacles for that. There's always room for improvement, and we always pay attention to our colleagues' suggestions. Probably your vision for better processes and procedures could open new opportunities both to you and the company.

Thank you for being with DataArt and for sharing your experience.
We’re glad to hear that the supportive team and learning opportunities stood out during your time with us.
Thanks again for your kind feedback, we truly appreciate it.
A global company where you work with people from all over the world.
The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off.
You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process.
And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.
Cons
The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
