      Thanks for your feedback! We're happy that you liked working at DataArt, as well as your salary and work-life balance. As for different projects and situations, we offer outsourcing, our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us: from social packages to salary payments. And if a colleague doesn't like the project, he/she can discuss changing it anytime.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
