The opportunity of working at DataBees has practically launched my career in tech. The offering of the company allows you to learn a ton about different functions (Sales, SalesOps, Marketing, RevenueOps and more) from customers first-hand, which includes startups as well as established corporations! The structure of DataBees also allows everyone to be heard, gives numerous chances to implement own ideas and own the results regardless of the position/department. I've had a great time making connections with different teams outside my role, learning from them and contributing to the overall success of the company. DataBees allows you to work your own schedule (of course depending on your role and whether it involves meeting with others) as the most important thing is delivering the results. The management was always understanding in emergency cases and really supportive when it came to situations outside of work. The company is also send-funded and profitable, which makes it less prone to events like layoffs.
Cons
Some people might find it challenging as in many cases proactivity and owning the result matters.
