Many times when I did not understand something, I would keep it to myself and if some mistakes happen, I just will panic. Every company has good and bad deeds. If they balance it correctly, then we employees won’t have any grievances towards them and DC is doing a preety good job in maintaining satisfaction among there employees. Advice to management : I think they should conduct training sessions for personality growth as well, along with the technical training that they usually offer
