Cons

When I joined Data Endure I had high hopes. They marketed themselves to me as a family-oriented company, and that appealed to me. Sadly, my time at this at the end left me feeling deeply let down. The supposed commitment to a family-like environment disappeared as soon as they no longer needed me. Initially, there were moments that showed camaraderie and support among my team. The work environment seemed friendly, and my team members appeared genuinely interested in building professional relationships (“Management”). I believed I had found a workplace that valued individuals rather than treating them as just another corporate pawns given the smaller size and success. However, when the company faced challenges I’m assuming or difficult decisions, their true nature was revealed. The "family-oriented" ideal turned out to be a show, which proved me to believe it was just an act of loyalty and compassion. When I became expendable. The process of being let go lacked sensitivity and empathy. They made no effort to help with the transition, offer support, or explore other opportunities within the company. My role was “Eliminated” no forewarning. It felt as though my loyalty over the years meant nothing. This experience had a lasting impact on my professional and personal well-being, as I struggled to comprehend the complete lack of regard shown by management. Furthermore, I’ve heard that my departure was not an only one. Several former colleagues shared similar stories of this. DataEndure prioritizes their employees on who makes them the most money. That be the CTO and the top 3 performers that have been there 10+ years. No guidance to the newer folk. My time at DataEndure started with optimism but ended in disappointment. It has taken me months to express this but I felt the need to do so. The claims of being a family-oriented company proved false when I experienced how they dispose of employees that would walk proudly with them without remorse. If you're looking for a workplace that truly values and respects you although you’re not putting coins in the bigger chairmen’s pockets. I strongly recommend searching elsewhere.
