As employee relations I have personally made people write fake reviews because the company wanted a five star rating on Glassdoor Ente. So on ethical that they terminated a medically ill employee. Just because they’ve reached their target of getting a five star on Glassdoor they have no values. No ethics they’ve made me quit my job midway and now I have left me on the roads and I am physically unwell and these guys just torture you mentally so much that you end up in depression and Antidepressants.
