I recently went through the interview and onboarding process at DataOne Software and I couldn't be more impressed! From the very beginning, the communication during the interview process was exceptional. The team kept me informed at every step. The process took several weeks but they kept me well informed along the way and never guessing as to what was next or if I would hear anything from them. The friendliness of the staff truly stands out. Everyone I've interacted with, from HR to leadership and my colleagues, has been welcoming and supportive, creating a positive environment that makes it easy to feel at home from the very beginning. I really admired the company's commitment to help onboard new employees.
The leadership team genuinely practices an open-door policy, approachable and truly value employee input. The culture they created makes it a great place and the various teams I have interacted with have all been friendly and talented individuals always willing to lend a helping hand. It's refreshing to work in a place where leadership is accessible and cares about the teams well being. Highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a supportive and engaging environment with a great culture.
