-Good entry-level position if you have no previous industry experience -Clients and customers you will interact with are genuine and appreciate us and the work we do to support them. -Will learn so much from this job as you will wear many hats in this position when you apply
Cons
Personally, a con to this position was my yearly take-home. Having worked in the position for 2 years and 10 months, the pay level was far below the industry standard when reviewing other hybrid positions with the same benefits and responsibilities. This reason along with a few others pointed me in the direction of resigning from my position at DataScout to pursue better opportunities for myself and my family.
