The pay is below market rate and they acknowledged there wouldn't be a cost of living increase, especially with respect to ~8% inflation.
The solutions team has been undergoing a reorganization as we move from a startup mentality to a more corporate system. This has been rolled out terribly via multiple different initiatives. Leadership has repeatedly thanked the rank-and-file for their constructive feedback only to ignore our requests (like more support from senior team members or continuing education).
The individual contributors have asked for the reasoning behind certain decisions like "how did you set that quota?" and "when should we expect feedback?" I haven't heard answers to those questions yet.
The solutions teams is so bad that most peoples' goal is to use it as a stepping stone into another division.
