Pros

Great company, great product, great leadership, but its pretty much great for stakeholders only. Sales teams rarely hit quota across the floor, and if they do it is at the expense of their customers who accidentally "use more than they wanted" in the platform and we don’t let them get that money back.

Cons

base should be higher with how few reps hit quota. More realistic quotas are needed. Managers are micromanaging across the board with no trust in reps. Expected to work 7am-6pm "to do well in the roll

Pros

great culture, good benefits and perks, fantastic training and support, realistic and achievable quota, really fun people to work with, clear path to promotion

Cons

CAE seat is very difficult after you're promoted. sales software is buggy and cumbersome to work with at times.
