      Pros

      The Engineering design process is well structured. Documentation is constantly being updated and improved to insure the compliance of the companies mission statement.

      Cons

      Engineering management micro-manages. There are too many meetings. All work hours must be documented and fit into a prearranged set of categories, often which fail to encompass a specif task.
