We monitor our turnover regularly and, when reviewing the results of our exit surveys and any other exit data that is available to us, we look for particular trends or themes that can help us better address any particular challenges our employees may be facing. We also encourage a culture of feedback at Dataiku, and of openness, and we would always encourage Dataikers with specific feedback to speak confidentially with their People Business Partner so that we can better understand their concerns and any potential remedies we can offer.
