Toxic and Chaos - Destroyer of Mental Health - Anonymous Dataiku Employee Review

The culture is extremely toxic because they will work you to the bone and will not appreciate you nor reward you and try to see how much more they can squeeze out of you. Even if you are high performer and do a great job, there is no promotional opportunities and they will continue to dump more work on you because you can handle higher capacity than your peers, The irony is that your co-worker who is an average employee and produce half of your capacity will receive the same recognition, same salary bump because that's how they operate here. So what's the point? After a year, your mental health will be completely shattered. You will experience complete and utter burn out (if not before) and wondered what all this is for. The company offer no perks for their employees - benefits become less and less and even medical benefits has been downgraded. All of Dataiku processes are broken and even simple tasks are hard to execute. It's a total disaster - avoid this company at all cost!
