      Pros

      Revolutionary technology, the capability it awesome. Perks and benefits are market leading

      Cons

      Being managed by someone equally qualified as me with less management skills - they didn't know how to manage, felt insecure and so bullied/micromanaged. Would never wish it upon anyone. VERY hierarchical and not open culture. Once was told that I should be embarrassed I reached out to someone a level above me to get insight from them as it was "not respecting their level". CEO is not inspiring despite being the founder. HR is joke if you voice anything (benefits and perks don't cover up not looking after your people).

We provide many avenues for leadership and management skills development such as regular manager training programs, access to LinkedIn Learning licenses, and executive coaching for our senior managers. We strongly encourage, and often require, our people managers to take advantage of these opportunities. We also have an open-door policy for employees to discuss grievances such as this one.
