I’m disappointed to learn that this is your experience at Dataminr, especially considering our recent anonymous engagement survey showing that over 92% of surveyed employees believe they have open and honest two-way communication with their manager and that their direct manager genuinely cares about their wellbeing.
I’d welcome the opportunity to learn why this isn’t your experience and how we can carve a path forward where you feel valued. It's important to myself and the rest of the leadership team that employees know how much they are valued. This is why we’ve expanded our benefits program based on employee feedback to be more inclusive (e.g. family planning, increased parental leave), and invested more into our DEI, mentorship, and management programs.
