No WFH No work life balance No defined working hours unwanted pressure company infrastructure and environment is not good Calling anyone at anytime irrespective of their situations or hours

Employees are expected to work 10–12 hours daily, including weekends and major holidays like Diwali and Christmas. Management prioritizes speed over quality and pushes for quick solutions just to sell. As a result, product quality suffers and often does not work as expected. The environment feels highly exploitative. Strongly advise against joining the engineering department.
