A vengeful and toxic lead marketing lady is the perfect match for this dysfunctional top management to add a carcinogenic cherry on top of the rotten ice cream. I know someone who hard for 2 years, couldn’t take the abuse anymore and quit without notice period. The lead marketing lady was trying to take proactive steps to ruin the career for the reason that if they can’t have the person, no one should/can. They operate on a twisted warped reality that the employees lives belong to the management and that they aren’t thinking individuals. In other words slaves.
