      Warm supportive Friendly enviroment. Open door policy and easy inter company comunication. Directors often stop to chat with various areas of the company. Relaxed buisness atmosphere Lest restrictive desktop enviroment.

      Cons

      For those who came from a highly corprate envorment the Speed and intencity of calls is a lot less which is a benifit for most but can require some ajustment.

      Homely Low intensity service desk work, Decent wage, Provides seasonal gifts for staff. Management are understanding for PTO, illness and other needs so long as policys are followed.

      Cons

      Few progression options. syestematic obsticals from lack of optimisiation.
