Pros
There is an acceptable benefits package, including standard medical, and some educational reimbursement. Communication is pretty good, after all, this is a company that produces management operation manuals for managers and staff to transmit key information.
Cons
The work bordered on tedious, with average pay rates, and need for more team building into projects that'd really help solve deep business challenges. Seemed senior staff were a bit mistrusting of the management... kind of burned out on lack of support or departmental warfare. Though there were some decent managers.
