Pros
The employees that you work with makes it feel as if you have a family outside of home. Even when the work gets heavy, you have fun getting it done.
Meeting with the students is rewarding, as there are a lot of different personalities to get to know. As you put in your time, the students get to know you and you, in turn, become an important figure in their lives as you watch them throughout their 4+ years here.
You feel like your work is valued by the management staff and is rewarded accordingly, not that it would prevent you from putting your all into your work. Knowing that what you do is appreciated makes you want to go above and beyond when possible.
Cons
At times, the work slows down and there is a lot of downtime. Depending on how you make use of it, it can be seen as a pro, but for those that constantly need work in front of them, it can cause the day to drag.
