They provide up front training the first week in their new Training Center before you even work in the field. Everyone I've met so far has been really nice too. They also work four 10-hour days most weeks which is cool.
Cons
Working OT right now. Some people might not like working Friday too, but I don't mind the extra money.
They train you from the ground up and offer you an apprenticeship after 6 months
Cons
Will move the goalpost with certain things they offer as you go through the hiring process.
Job description said Monday - Thursday 4x10, then in the interview it was Fridays during the busy season which is during the summer, then finally when I was hired I found out from the foreman that they've been working Fridays for over a year straight.
