      Pros

      1) Introduced to a number of highly regarded coworkers while working for the company. 2) Decent medical benefits with slightly elevated cost. 3) Nice compensation package at the start. 4) Unlimited PTO but never used it.

      Cons

      1) Lack of projects lead to myself and several others being RIF'ed only months after being hired. 2) Frequent after hours and weekend migration work. 3) Uncommon (weird) cultural fit grading system for employees. You'll want to be in the top right quadrant - whatever that means.
