Pros

Family owned and family involved. We are not numbers, but people and what we do is appreciated. They don't ask us to do anything they haven't or wouldn't do. We are founded on core values and they always do their best to honor them, as we all do.

Cons

Not many. We are growing and as such there are growing pains, but when we continue to work with each other and talk it out, we get through it. You can go to anyone in the company and they will sit with you and talk.

Pros

Growing retail/commercial/civil/millwork construction company with a variety of interesting projects. David Nice Builders projects are not of cookie-cutter residential community full of a set number of basic number of models with limited option choices nor the commercial retail chain store builders with what is essentially a one and done build out that is repeated in every strip mall across the country. The majority of the projects they take on are one of a kind and require extensive process planning development and implementation. This is great if you are looking for variety in your work instead of a set of repetitive daily tasks.

Cons

This is a family owned and operated business that is very clique-ish. If you are not a family member or among the higher echelon that have been groomed by the family, you may find it difficult to fit in or grow within the company ranks
