Pros
As the individual below me mentioned, there are cake days for each and everyones birthday. The pay is slightly above average and the benefits are great. If you want to hone your AutoCAD skills, this is the place to be.
Cons
Lack of organization in the detail design department, overly ambitious deadlines which results in long working hours. Poor culture in the DD department, management does not encourage socializing and prioritizes efficiency. Lack of flexibility in regards to working hours and overall lack of work-life balance. Each department does very specific tasks; if you want to become a more well-rounded individual this is not the place to be.
